Some people assume that if they enter a dog park, they automatically accept the risk of being attacked. That is not necessarily true. A dog owner still has responsibilities especially if the owner knows the dog has aggressive tendencies or cannot safely interact with other dogs or people. The fact that an attack happened in a dog park does not automatically eliminate a claim. What matters is how the attack happened, what was known about the dog, and whether the owner acted reasonably. I am Pennsylvania dog attack attorney Jeff Pennys. Call my cell at 215-771-0430 to discuss your rights.
