Amazon Driver Wins Jury Verdict

An Amazon driver was walking back to his vehicle after completing deliveries when a German Shepherd suddenly ran out of a home and severely bit his leg.

The insurance company initially offered just $25,000, later increasing the offer to $50,000 before trial. Both offers were rejected. After a three-day jury trial, the client was awarded $150,000 — three times the final settlement offer.
